Every lesson, already paid.

Pupils pay by card when they book. The money is in your bank the morning after the lesson.

The questions you’d actually ask.

No. Steero sits alongside a franchise or your own set-up. You bring your own pupils and your own car, and nothing about your ADI registration changes. Plenty of instructors run Steero for their private pupils while they decide whether to go fully independent.

Yes. Steero handles booking, payment and no-shows. It doesn’t supply a car or fit dual controls, so it’s built for instructors already teaching in their own vehicle.

A franchise rents you a car and leads for £150 to £250 a week. Steero is £12 a month plus 1.5% on your own pupils. You keep the pupils, the diary and the car. What you don’t get from Steero is a car or a stream of introduced pupils, so the two can sit side by side.

The day after each lesson. If a pupil doesn’t turn up, the fee you set is taken from the card on file, so you’re paid for the slot either way.

Every booking is authorised on the card upfront, which heads off most disputes before they start. Where a genuine refund is due, the pupil gets everything back and Steero returns its commission too.

Yes. Your pupils, lessons and payout history export at any time, MTD-ready for HMRC. No lock-in and no exit call.
